How does the service work?

  • Sign up any day and choose when your pass starts. Your first charge includes a one-time $25 setup fee and a $3.95 admin fee.
  • Billing is only prorated on a half-month basis — passes run as full or half months, never day-by-day.
  • Billing happens on the 25th of each month (the monthly rate + $3.95 admin), charged ahead for the following month.
  • To cancel your pass, you must cancel by the 1st of the month before your next billed month.
    • EXAMPLE: To cancel your monthly pass for September (billed on August 25th), you must do so by August 1st.

Frequently Asked Questions

?What if I want to park with multiple cars?

You can! Change the license plate in your account management portal at your convenience. Be aware that only one plate is allowed at a time per pass.

?How many passes can I buy?

As many as you like within set inventory limits. Use our assign pass portal in your account management portal to manage a group’s parking.
